Txomin Las Heras Leizaola is a Venezuelan journalist who currently lives in Bogot\u00e1. He has an undergraduate degree in Social Communication at the Central University of Venezuela. He was Institutional Communication Manager and Information Chief at the Venezuelan Central Bank. He was also a writer for the El Nacional newspaper and coordinator for the Econom\u00eda Hoy newspaper\u2019s public sector section in Caracas, Venezuela. Txomin was a reporter for the Venpres Venezuelan News Agency in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He currently provides consultancy services in communication projects in Bogot\u00e1 and works with the websites Tal Cual in Caracas, and La Silla Vac\u00eda in Bogot\u00e1. He is an Associate Researcher at the Venezuelan Observatory run by the Universidad del Rosario and is a member of the radio team that produces the program Esto no es una frontera, esto es un r\u00edo (This is not a border, this is a river). Txomin has been featured in a number of Colombian media outlets through opinion pieces and his participation in radio and television programs. He is currently president of the Di\u00e1logo Ciudadano Colombo Venezolano association, which addresses topics related with Venezuelan migration in Colombia and the current situation in Venezuela.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
